Carol B. - Founder/ Mentor
Carol is a child of the only true and living God (Yahweh) . She realizes that she is saved by grace through Jesus Christ. And understands that in order to walk by faith, it takes a daily surrender unto God. To be ready to take a leap of faith and do what God speaks no matter what or the cost. Growing up, this is what was modeled for her through her Mom ( Mama Howard) day after day. Carol was raised in Newark , NJ in a single parent home with two older siblings and one God-sister. It was made very clear early in life by their mom, “with God you have everything you need and lack nothing”! Till this day, this is the focused and fixed mindset of Carol.
She is a passionate mentor and coach to youth. She enjoys encouraging them through life’s journey and the many challenges they may face. Youth often mention the firm, yet caring way she has in telling them the truth in love and is respected well as a result.
Carol is host of the Well and Informed Podcast-that focuses on the 8-dimensions of wellness. The podcast can be found on many major streaming platforms. There she shares her life’s journey with anyone who will listen. Encouraging others to be well while keeping them informed with resources, tools and information that can be used to live a life well surrendered unto God. All the while, becoming a better and healthier version of themselves by intentionally applying what was shared. Tune in to hear her personal life’s experiences as well as the guests that are welcome to share on the platform.
